Sunshine and Snow

I just love the way the sun sparkles in the snow, it is like a mountain side of diamonds. We had our first snow storm over the past few days and it's beginning to feel a bit like the holidays. It's a beautiful sunny day in McCall!

In most places in th USA it's spring, in McCall, there is still snow on the ground. And that means that we're still skiing, snow boarding, and other winter activities. I'm not sure how much longer it will last, though. It's supposed to be in the 50's tomorrow! But I just looked at the 10 day weather forecast and it's showing snow next week, so who knows? Everyone has been saying we're going to have an early Spring, the snows been melting, the sun has been shining, it's been beautiful! But with an early Spring comes an abbreviated ski season and a very dry summer, which hurts our economy.
